RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Birckles, we are committed to delivering pieces you truly adore. Should your purchase not meet expectations, we offer a seamless and thoughtful resolution process.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@birckles.in with your order details.

A nominal handling fee of ₹100 will be applicable to all returns.

Once the order is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the amount will be issued as store credit.

Store credit remains valid for 6 months and may be redeemed on any future purchase.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer one complimentary exchange per order (size or product).

Any additional exchanges may incur a logistics fee of ₹150.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

In the event that the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds are primarily processed in the form of store credit to ensure a swift and seamless experience.

In exceptional cases—such as prepaid order discrepancies or special circumstances—refunds to the original payment method may be considered at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@birckles.in , along with clear images or videos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

Products that do not meet our quality standards may not be eligible for return.

Swimwear Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once delivered.

We kindly request customers to carefully review product details, size guides, and measurements before placing an order.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect swimwear item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@birckles.in with clear images or videos. Our team will promptly review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our customers.

Additional Information

Reverse pickup will be arranged for serviceable locations.

For non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the item. Shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
