Birckles International features carefully sourced pieces from international locations. Since these products are shipped through our international fulfillment process, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. It takes a little longer, but it allows us to bring you styles that aren’t readily available in our regular collection.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
No. Birckles International is prepaid only. COD is currently not available for these products.
Can I exchange my Birckles International order?
We currently offer returns only and do not offer exchanges on Birckles International products. This is because these pieces are sourced and fulfilled internationally.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
No, there should be no additional customs charges for your order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a call from customs for verification and are asked to provide an ID or make a customs payment, please cooperate with the verification process. Afterward, send us a screenshot or photo of the official invoice/receipt, and the eligible customs amount will be refunded to you.
How is Birckles International different from regular Birckles?
Birckles International features products sourced from international locations that aren’t part of our regular ready-to-ship inventory. Because they are fulfilled internationally, they have a 2–4 week delivery timeline and are prepaid only. Our regular Birckles collection consists of products available through our standard fulfillment process and generally has a faster delivery time.
